Key Stage 4 (KS4) - 2025

9-4 in English and Maths - best non-selective school in the local area!

Meopham School was delighted to achieve the highest percentage of students with Standard Passes (9-4) in English and Maths of any non-selective school in Gravesham and the surrounding areas.

Post-16 Destinations - well above national average!

2025 % of pupils staying in education or employment after leaving KS4 = 96% (4% above the national average)

Key Stage Five (KS5) - 2025

A Level success brings celebrations to Meopham School.

Meopham School students are celebrating the rewards of their hard work after receiving their post-16 results.  

Students at the Kent school, which is part of Swale Academies Trust, have achieved great A Level results which reflect the hard work and commitment shown throughout the past years of their studies.

We are delighted that 100% of Sixth Form students who applied to university were accepted by the first-place choice!

Overall, the school achieved well across numerous subjects, including:

  • Art where students achieved an average grade of A-;
  • Health and Social Care, where students achieved a Distinction grade on average;
  • Sport where students achieved an average grade of Distinction;
  • Business where 40% of students achieved a Distinction or Distinction* and
  • Sociology where 45% of students achieved A*- B.

While all students have done well, there have been some impressive individual performances. These include: 

  • Poppy - A*AA - studying Psychology at Royal Holloway University. 

  • Belle - Distinction* (double), Distinction - studying Diagnostic Radiotherapy at Canterbury Christ Church University.

  • Ruby - Distinction*, B, C - studying Law at the University of Exeter.

  • Katie - Distinction, B, C - studying Politics and International Relations at the University of York.

  • Kate - Distinction* (double), C - studying Nursing at Canterbury Christ Church University.

  • Finlay - BBB - studying Hair, Make-Up and Prosthetics for Performance at the University of the Arts, London.

  • Jack - Distinction, B, B - studying Finance and Investment at the University of Kent.

  • Thomas Distinction, A, C - studying Finance and Investment at the University of Kent.

Ethan Roberts, Headteacher at Meopham School, said:

Kate (left) will go on to study Nursing at Canterbury Christchurch University and Katie (right) will be studying Politics and International Relations at the University of York.
