Meopham School Excellence Stream - Our Grammar Provision for Able Students

We believe in nurturing every student's unique talents and helping them reach their full potential. We're proud to offer an Excellence Stream designed to provide an enriched and accelerated curriculum for students who demonstrate a strong academic aptitude. 

As part of the Excellence Stream, students will:

• Benefit from an accelerated curriculum in the top sets for core subjects.

• Complete an additional course of Rhetoric and Enterprise during Key Stage Three - two fundamental skills required for future leadership. 

• Partake in the Scholar or STEM Pathways during Year 9.

• Complete the English Baccalaureate and Triple Science curriculum at Key Stage Four.

• Embark upon the Russell Group Pathway and EPQ programme at Key Stage Five.

• An additional Stretch and Challenge Trip each year, with an academic or career focus.

The Excellence Pathway allows us to delve deeper into subjects, tackle more complex concepts, and truly challenge our brightest minds.
